Standard Light Commercial Inspection
Electrical – Safety is paramount when it comes to electricity. Confidently know your business is protected adequately from electric shock, electrical fires, and other risks.
HVAC – Replacing these HVAC systems can be very costly, and its good to know the current condition before you buy or sell. We check the heating system functions, cooling system functions, gas lines, filters, age of the system, etc.

Foundations –When foundations are visible, inspecting them is imperative to know how the home structurally, if the foundation is in good repair, then the rest of the home structure should maintain its structural integrity as designed.
Gutters and Downspouts – These play a bigger role than you might initially think. Hopefully carrying the water several feet away from your home before depositing it to the ground. This is a common failure point and can often lead to leaks in basement and crawlspaces of homes.
