Mold Testing
Mold exists virtually everywhere in our environment. It’s especially attracted to moist, warm and dark environments, it’s important to keep your home clean and free of these mold spores. If you suspect you have a large amount of mold growing in your home, testing is available! We simply mark and swab 3 areas in your home and send the tests in for sampling, results are just a couple days away. This test is most suitable for molds that seem to be hidden, this test will help you confirm that mold is a problem!
Standard Mold Inspection
Visual Inspection – We will visually inspect all typical problem areas such as under sinks, in the area with washing machines, bathrooms, and utility rooms.
Testing – We will swab multiple areas of your home and send them out to be tested. This will work detect all kinds of molds that are visible and not visible.
