Walls, Ceiling & Floors – We will be checking to make sure the structure of the home is safe and stable. When possible, checking floor joists and attic structures for correct alignment to ensure you will be enjoying a solid home for years to come.

Doors & Windows – Doors and window can be an easy entry point for drafty air and moisture problems. We inspect all doors and windows in your home both inside and out to identify potential failures, or know what problems exist so they can be fixed.

Stairs, Steps & Railings – Correctly installed railings and stairs are important to minimize tripping hazards, and will help with the safety of your home. Some stairs and porches are not the appropriate size, leaving you susceptible to future safety issues.
