UTAH COUNTY HOME INSPECTION SERVICES
Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that forms naturally from uranium-type minerals in the soil. It can enter homes through small cracks and openings in foundations, where it becomes trapped indoors. Because radon cannot be seen or smelled, homeowners may be exposed without knowing it. Long-term exposure to elevated radon levels is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking, making testing an important part of protecting your family’s health. In our experience here in utah county and surounding areas, radon is found in every home we have tested. The only way to know if radon is at safe levels is through professional testing.
